Basic information for all vendors and sutlers

  • Deadline for registering is October 1, 2009
  • All Fees must be received by the North Texas History Center prior to October 15, 2009
  • All food Vendors and Sutlers must have Collin County Health Certificate. Complete and send to NTHC with $25.00 check. Food related vendors and sutler should download and complete the Food Sutler and Vendor Contract.

  • All Sutlers will be located outdoors in the Sutlers Village on the “historic” side of the park
  • All Vendors will be located on the “modern” side of the park inside and around the exposition building
  • Non-food vendors and sutlers should download and complete this form
  •  
  • If you wish to have an informational booth and are a 501(c)3 then your booth is free, others should click on the link below for the appropriate form.

If you wish to assist with the November 6 Education Day please email Sarah. We are looking for presenters on a variety of topics from firearms to medicine to etiquette and dressmaking. Ten to fifteen minute presentations preferred.
